Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Nothing on the outside indicates what is on the inside. All packages are mailed in a brown or white box with the return address as 'The Mothership'. If the order is small, it will be shipped in a colored poly mailer.
By law, international orders that require customs information will have the products information in the corresponding fields.The cost to ship items varies by items weight and shipping option.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Our processing window does not include holidays or weekends. For example, if you place an order Friday morning it may not be processed until Monday morning. Please allow an extra 1 to 5 business days for your order to process during sales and/or holidays.
After this, in the United States, it will take 1 to 3 business days for Priority Mail and 2 to 5 business days for First class mail to deliver. International orders can anticipate their package to arrive in 10 to 60 business days, depending on the location and individual country's customs law. As a reminder, sometimes packages experience postal delays that are out of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Check your tracking number to estimate the time of arrival. If you are not home for a delivery, or your package is stolen from your residence, we are not responsible. If your items are being held or seized by customs, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your package or arrange a pickup through the shipping carrier (pickup not available at all locations). If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office. If it has been returned to sender, we will issue a store credit for the order within 7 business days.
Will you email me with a tracking number when my order is shipped?
You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another with tracking info when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 24 to 48 hours for updates to appear.
How can I pay?
We currently accept all major Credit Cards. We currently do not accept Visa gift cards or pre-paid gift cards.

Can I cancel or exchange my order?
Once your order hits our database, it begins getting processed immediately. Because of this, we DO NOT honor cancellations. If you placed an order for the wrong size, or duplicated your order, use our contact form to get in touch with us. We do honor refunds for accidental duplicate orders.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. We do not refund at this time.
All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on swim. All sale items are considered final sale. Items returned used, with stains, odor, excessive hair, damage, or past the 30 day mark will be seized. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 7 business days. The store credit does not include original shipping costs paid.
Damaged items will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. When contacting us about a damaged item please include a photo of the damaged item, packing slip, and packaging for faster service. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item in order to receive a replacement free of charge. We take all chargeback inquiries very seriously and, when asked, will provide your bank with extensive information regarding this matter. If you need any information regarding your order so that you may file a dispute with your bank, please inform us and we will do our best to provide you with that material. Any disputes received are subject to account deactivation following resolution of the dispute.

When ordering from Blades for Babes, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country/region.
By making a purchase at BladesforBabes.com, our customers agree that the items they purchase are legal in their country. Blades for Babes is not responsible for seized packages. You will be prompted to agree to these terms at checkout.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country/region. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country/region. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Blades for Babes has no control over these charges, nor can Blades for Babes predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Delays caused by customs are not included in the shipping time frame.
- Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
- Countries that require an identification number include: India, Israel, South Korea, and Turkey
- The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there’s a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you’ll be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country.

Why is there oil on my blade?
Citadel Black Knife Oil is used to prevent rust by displacing water efficiently, as well as protecting against heavy wear & tear by creating a thin consistent layer of oil.
Follow the steps below for a clean knife. (Make sure to wear protective gloves)
- Make sure to fully open all parts of the knife.
- Scrub knife with mild dish detergent using a soft sponge or toothbrush.
- Dry off the knife with a clean cloth.
- Spray with WD-40.
- Rub in WD-40 with a clean dry cloth.
